What is an AeroPress coffee maker? Why is everyone talking about it?
The AeroPress is an innovative "press" for coffee that uses the force of gravity and pressure. It was invented in 2005 by Alan Adler, a renowned inventor and owner of a Frisbee company. This inexpensive, easy and incredibly portable brewing method quickly caught on with coffee-loving travelers.
The AeroPress infusion system has three essential components: a plunger, an extraction chamber and a pierced cap. To use it, add a paper filter on the cap and place the extraction chamber on the cup where the coffee will be extracted. The ground coffee and freshly boiled water are then added to the chamber, and finally the plunger, lifting it slightly to create a vacuum seal. Wait a few seconds and then push the plunger down until you hear a hiss generated by the air escaping.
Why we like AeroPress:
- Learning how to use it is easy and fun
- Makes great coffee quickly
- It is easy to clean
- You can take it anywhere
Thanks to the portable cup that also functions as a container, the AeroPress Go is now even more convenient for traveling, camping, or simply to take with you to work.
What if I didn't like it?
What if the products you get are not how you expected them to be? What if you don't like that coffee that was supposed to be so good? And if you suddently turn to veganism the day after purchasing a Ciauscolo salame?
Do not fear: shoot us an email to store@tst.coffee and we can find a solution together. If you want your money back, we will refund you; if you want to exchange your purchase with something else, we can do that too.
