Before paper, there were cloth filters. The filter fabric is soft to allow the ground coffee to fully expand and provide the full flavor of the beans. This preparation method is loved by professional bartenders.
Infinitely reusable taking care to wash it in hot water without detergents immediately after use, preferably leaving it in a water bath in the refrigerator.
