Inventato nell’800 è tornato in voga negli ultimi anni grazie alle caffetterie specialty della “third wave” diventando un vero e proprio oggetto di culto per i coffeelovers di tutto il mondo.
Questa versione molto elegante è perfetta sia per incantare i vostri clienti in caffetteria che per stupire i vostri ospiti al termine di una cena preparandogli con una “magia” un caffè buonissimo.
Il Syphon è composto da un fornelletto ad alcool, due elementi in vetro che si uniscono ermeticamente grazie ad una guarnizione in gomma e un filtro in metallo dotato di una valvola Venturi che consente all’acqua di salire nella parte superiore senza raggiungere la temperatura di ebollizione.
